From the initial call for a quote, Francine was amazing in communicating and confirming all details of the move! Details included sending a second truck to move my husband’s motorbike at no additional cost, so amazing! Every piece of furniture was padded, runners were used in both the move out and move in taking great care in the properties!! Daryl, Josh and Tanner exceeded our expectations as movers. They hustled, moved and carried every piece of furniture with care. Very focused on the job! We had Josh and Gavin from Canadian Moving Services help us with moving several large pieces of antique furniture. They were both very friendly, professional, and efficient. Josh is a gentleman (he called me "sir" which is rare and refreshing these days). Josh and Gavin treated our antique furniture with care and respect. They managed to move the furniture without any damage to our house. Their efficiency saved us both time and money, I was expecting to pay for more hours but they got it done in record time. Josh seems to be a great mentor, as he was providing guidance to his younger colleague during the move. I even learned some interesting furniture care tips from Josh. Great job guys! I'd go with Canadian Moving Services again the next time I need furniture moved.

From the quoting/communication by Jackie to the loading of our home into the truck, right to the unpacking we experienced nothing but the best! A few Knicks on our new walls which really wasn't a big deal but quickly dealt with by Francine! Amazing experience with these folks. Three workers showed up in a large truck. It was a long day of moving and they still had lots of energy near days end! There was a bed frame that got damaged beyond repair but Francine reimbursed us for the price of the bed frame. Highly recommend!
